INTENT TO NEGOTIATE/RENEW A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT See Note 22 The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Denver Center intends to neogtiate a sole source contract with Pitney Bowes for rental and full service maintenance of five Pitney Bowes postage meters for the period 10/01/99 through 09/30/04 plus four option years. Model to rented and maintained is #6501. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No solictation is available.
