The Bureau of the Public Debt intends to issue a commercial item Simplified Acquisition solicitation for weekly Trash/Garbage Collection Services for a base year and four (4) option years. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform the services. The services shall be performed at Bureau of the Public Debt, 200 Third Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101. The contractor must be able to provide and install a 42 cubic yard box container that is compatible with the stationary compactor unit provided by the Bureau of the Public Debt.
