Interested parties should be made aware that the work to be accomplished is in a healthcare facility and all safety measures, the facility's integrity and construction/dust barriers must be fully maintained. All work will be in accordance with drawings and specifications. The estimated value of this procurement is $25,000 to $100,000. Construction must be completed within 90 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is a small business set-aside, the applicable SIC is 1542, the size standard is $17.0 million in annual receipts. All requests for the bid packages must be in writing on company letterhead. There is a $15.00 non-refundable charge for the solicitation package, payable to VA AGENT CASHIER and must be in the form of a money order, certified check or cashier's check.
