The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, personnel, transportation, equipment, labor, tools, supplies and quality control required to all contract requirements stated in the solicitation, such as but, not limited to; caretaker inspections, lawn care, snow removal, and gutter cleaning. The award shall be based on the best value to the Government, cost/price and other related factors considered. The proposed contract will be for a period of one year with an option to extend for two additional years. The option will be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
