The work includes the demolition and salvage of specific items or areas and replacement with new construction, including but not limited to, walls, doors, frames, hardware, floor and wall finishes, plumbing fixtures, piping, electrical wiring, and lighting fixtures. Work also includes the construction of ramps for access to the building entrance and rear deck, replacing existing asphalt shingle roofing, paving the existing gravel driveway with bituminous paving, and widening the existing gravel drive across a culvert and installing guardrails. The site of the work is located at the Boyer Chute National Wildlife Refuge, approximately 3 miles east of Fort Calhoun, Nebraska. This project is open to both large and small businesses.
