Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to maintain an unarmed, uniformed security guard service at the Gulf Support Facility docks, grounds and warehouses, Pascagoula, MS, when either the NOAA Ship OREGON II or the NOAA Ship GORDON GUNTER are in port, approximately 210 days per year. When the ships are not in port, approximately 155 days per year, the Contractor shall provide a patrol service to conduct security rounds of the Government-owned and leased property at the Gulf Support Facility. Estimated 4,148 hours per year. Period of Performance will be October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000 with three one-year options. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
