Multiple Award IQ Contract for Office Relocation and Storage Services for the Greater Southwest Region which includes Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. The solicitation provides for a five year base contract period with the possibility of 2 five-year option periods. This is a negotiated procurement and will require submission of technical proposals in accordance with the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract. Contracts resulting from this solicitation will be for use on a non-mandatory basis. This procurement will be a total set-aside for small businesses. The solicitation issue date is on or about September 1, 1999; the proposal due date is on or about October 1, 1999.
