The contract will be of the Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) type and with an estimated quantity of 3720 each for the base year and each option year. First Articles will required from all but proven sources. It is anticipated that delivery of the production quantities will be required starting 30 days after issuance of a delivery order. Delivery will be required to any of the following locations: Waianae, HI; West Palm Beach, FL; San Diego, CA; Keyport, WA; and Ceiba, PR. Delivery quantities may vary anywhere from as few as 10 each every 30 days to as many as 120 every 30 days at a given location. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer.
