The prospective contractor shall provide these services in contractor-supplied facilities. Contractor services include furnishing all labor, reports, transcription of dictation, transportation, equipment and supplies for subject requirement. Contractor will daily pick-up micro-cassette tapes that are recorded by Patrick AFB physicians, take off-site to the contractors place of business, transcribe material and return the completed report to the Patrick AFB medical facility. Contractors are limited to within a 50-mile radius of Patrick AFB due to the requirement to pick-up and return the micro-cassette tapes and subsequent medical reports. Basic period of performance will be from 1 Nov 99 through 30 Sep 00, with three (3) option periods renewable in one (1) year increments. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The proposed contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. Specific requirements and the PWS are provided in the solicitation package which will be available on or around 20 Sep 99.
