Toler phone: 954 630 1163 fax: 954 630 1166 The U.S. Department of State Regional Procurement Support Office and Foreign Building Operations is seeking offerors to provide materials/supplies for the Prinicipal Officer's Residence (POR) in Havana, Cuba. The items to be provided are electrical materials. The Contractor will be responsible for purchasing a 20 ft container, consolidating all the materials and making the materials available for inspection. The materials will be shipped Free Along Side (FAS) via Miami, Florida. A commercial acquisition solicitation will be issued for this procurementaction. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror on an "All or None" basis. Multiple awards will not be considered for this procurement. The approximate delivery period for materials under this contract will be 4 weeks from the date of contract award. The Department anticipates contract award in Mid-September 1999.
