The Defense Supply SErvice-Washington, on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (HealthAffairs)/TMA/MHSO/ Clinical Operations, Population Health & Clinical Quantity, intend to negotiate on a sole source basis with PKC Corporation, One Mill Street, Box A8, Burlington, VT 05401. The items to be acquired are enterprise license for unlimited conventional use of the Problem Knowledge Couplers. TMA will be obtaining the license for software to be used as a disease management tool by Military Treatement Facilities (MTF) healthcare providers during delivery of care to beneficiaries. The license will be for one year of unlimited conventional use, which include the corresponding semi-annual updates to the coupler package. The Government anticipates that the software will be deployed to approximately 40% of the available users during the first year of the license.
