supersedes the description provided in synopsis/solicitation
N00205-99-Q-H016 -- Description: Lease of trailers, three (3) each to
be utilized as office space for period of 12 months beginning 28Sep99
through 27Sep00. Two trailers, 4 wide, approximate size 64' x 48'
section modular (60x48 box size), 3,000 sf/each trailer. Each trailer
to be equipped with heat/air unit, two restrooms, two entry/exit doors,
windows, lighting and electrical outlets for all office spaces. Trailer
#1 to have eight (8) private office areas, approx 10.5' x 12' per
office, four (4) offices along each side of trailer; trailer #2 to be
laid out in the same manner as #1, but trailer #2 must have a divider
wall (approx 24' long with a door at each end) installed in middle of
trailer. Trailer #3 to be 12'x60' (approx 720 sq feet) with an
accordian partition installed in the middle of trailer dividing the
unit into two classrooms (classrooms to be 30' x 12'); the third
trailer must have heat/air unit, two entry/exit doors, windows,
lighting and electrical outlets (no restrooms in trailer #3). Lighting
requirements: all three trailers must have 2-way light switches
located at both entry/exit doors controlling all of the lights within
that trailer; light switches must be broken into two banks at each
