DESC: The contractor shall furnish all personnel, facilities, equipment, material, supplies, and services (except as may be expressly set forth as furnished by the Government) and otherwise to do all actions necessary to Construct Building #19, Chemical Waste Storage and Handling Facility, at the U.S. Department of Energy, Albany Research Center, 1450 Queen Ave SW, Albany, OR 97321 as described in Statement of Work and required drawings (19-1-A01; 19-1-A02; 19-1-A03; 10-1-E01; 19-1-A04; 10-1-A05; and 10-1-SP2). Labor costs will be in accordance with the Department of Labor Wage Determinations General Decision Number OR990001 -- 07/22/99 OR1. If awarded this purchase order contractors shall be required to provide certified payrolls for all employees who perform work for this service for the entire service period.
