This solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number F05611-00-Q0077 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
