The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. The associated Standard Industrial Classification Code is 2326. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Items 1 thru 7 will be dark blue, light weight, cotton. Items 8 thru 13 will be manufactured from 100% cotton, blue denim. Heavy, sanforized, full-length flap covers over full-length heavy-duty zipper. All seams to be double stitched. Pocket on each side at chest level. Pockets on backside below belt level. Split pocket on each side to inner garment. Reinforced piece 1 1/2" wide at belt level completely around garment, button or snap on each cuff. Items 14 thru 18 will be boiler inspection coveralls manufactured from 100% cotton, blue denim, heavy, sanforized. Full-length, velcro flap cover over full-length zipper pocket on left side at chest level and two pockets on back, below belt level. Coveralls to have a hood with drawstrings of denim cloth stitched full length of drawstrings and with knot at each end of drawstrings. To have elastic wrist and ankles and reinforcement patches at knees and elbows. All seams to be double stitched.
