Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 it has been determined that only one known source is avaiable for this requirement. Primary functional requirements: CompuSven's MVSMailR is a utility that mails fixed-record text datasets, using the users' file transfer product, directly from MVS to Notes or Exchange users, using either legacy mail system addresses or current Notes or Exchange addresses as the recipient(s) of the mailing. Before the legacy mail system is shut down, CompuSven's E-Mail Shuttle Cross-Reference file is built on MVS in order to correlate legacy addresses with current Notes or Exchange addresses. MVSMailR is capable of resolving Userids, Public Mailing Lists, and Bulletin Boards and Conferences (TAO only) with the use of this Cross-Reference file. For Emc2/TAO customers-this replaces the MAILWAY application and does not require a TAO system. This product provides a direct conversion from Emc2 to Microsoft Exchange. JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAT FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION: It has been determined the software detailed herein is the only software that can perform the functions as stated. Concerns having the ability to furnish the above supplies/services are requested to give written notification (including the telephone number for a point of contact) to the acquiring office listed in this notice within 15-calendar days from the date of this synopsis.
