This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION NUMBER: F6460599T0551. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. Standard Industrial Classification code: 2813. Small business size standard: 1000 employees. Quotes are solicited from all sources. This acquisition shall be unrestricted as to size standards. This RFQ contains one (1) contract line item number (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Oxygen, liquid aviators breathing oxygen min by wt composition; 99.5 pct. Unit Pack: Bulk type II. Quantity of NTE 55,865 gallons to be delivered on a as needed basis throughout FY 00. Delivery of must be made within 5 calendar days of request by the using activity. Historically the using activity uses 55,000 annually (Historical data provided for informational purposes only). Oxygen provided will be subject to government inspection and standards in accordance with MIL-C-27676 or functional equivalent.
