Work will include seasonal start-up and shutdowns, preventative and minor corrective maintenance, water treatment, inspections, testing, calibration and adjustment of all controls, cleaning and preserving all areas affected with corrosion or rust, as well as other general upkeep operations required to maintain the heating equipment in proper operation in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
