This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The furniture that is requested is as follows including the quantity, item number and description: 111 units (each), Krueger International model # NB12-C-PR, 12' Folding Cafeteria Table -- Table and Seat Tops Constructed of Laminated Surfaces with Solid Core High Density Particleboard, Unitizied All-Steel Frames, Black Enamel Finish, 4" Swivel Casters, Steel Surfaced Glides, Storage Lock, Gravity Lock, the Perfect Edge, 29" height, Top-LWS White Silica, Bench-LWS White Silica; 60 units (each), Krueger International model #RF-5-C-PR, 60" Round Folding Table, Table Tops constructed of laminated surfaces with solid core High-Density Particleboard, the Perfect Edge, Unitized All-Steel Frames, Black Enamel Finish, 4" Casters, T-Leg, Safety Lock, Top-LWS White Silica; and 480 units (each) Frank Eastern Co. model # KIC-44-Polly Shell Stack Chair, One-Piece Polypropylene Seat and Back, with Heavy Gauge 7/8" Tubular Steel Chrome Plated Frame, Plastic Stack Bottoms, Overall Size: 30 " H x 20 " W x 20" D) . The School Furniture shall be delivered within 30 days after contract award to DC Public Schools. (This will be a quantity buy, but the delivery locations will vary.)
