The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, AZ, intends to negotiate a contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., 6900 Main Street, P.O. Box 9729, Stratford, CT 06497-9129, and Advanced Rotorcraft Technology, 1685 Plymouth St, Suite 250, Mountain View, CA 94043 as a subcontractor on an other than Full and Open competition basis. USAYPG is currently developing the Aviation Weapons Test Planning and Validation Tool as a group of modules for the U.S. Army FlightLab Commanche simulation.
