THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is not a Request for
Proposals (RFP), and in no way obligates the government in an award of
any contract. The 11th Contracting Squadron/LGCB is conducting market
research to seek qualified sources capable of providing specific
requirements related to studies, analyses, management, and information
technology (IT) support. The effort is structured to include the
functional areas of Informational Systems Development, Administration
and Maintenance; Strategic Planning; Program Assessments, Counter
Intelligence Analyses and Cost Estimating Analyses. In addition to the
information provided below entitled _Capabilities Package_; responding
parties must also indicate their size status in relation to the
applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Codes 8742 ($5.0M)
and 7379 ($18.0M). The Government will not pay for any information
that is submitted in response to this sources sought request.
Experience is required in the following areas: Aircraft Systems_ Weapon
System Acquisition; C3I System _ Weapon Systems Acquisition; Major
Automated Information System _ System Acquisition; and Space Systems _
Systems Acquisition; Counter Intelligence; Database Planning and
Data/Records Management; IT Technical Support and Configuration
Management; Software Development and Engineering; Customer Service
Analysis and Statistical Process Control. Interested parties are
required to submit a Statement of Capabilities (SOC) demonstrating
and/or describing: (1) Your company_s experience in the above
functional areas (limit 5 pages). (2) The company_s current and past
performance that is relevant to the above functional areas (last three
years). Include a point of contact, phone and FAX number, address,
e-mail address (if available) and dollar value of each relevant
contract (limit of two pages per work effort not to exceed five work
efforts). (3) Show who and how you would staff the functional areas.
What would be the team/staff structure you would use to accomplish the
work relating to the functional areas (limit 5 pages). If you are a
small business, your capability package must address all the above
areas and demonstrate how your company will perform 51% of the work.
Also the SOC must demonstrate the depth of the technical and management
expertise to successfully execute the requirements of the effort.
