The Statement of Work (SOW) is being modified to delete several equipment items, provide a list of the questions submitted during the site tour, and to provide the Power Riser diagram. The followoing equipment will be deleted from this requirement: 1 -- power Con Corp Metering Unit; 2 -- 75 KVA power conditioners; 2 -- 50 KVA power conditioners; 1 -- 30 KVA power conditioner; 5 -- transient voltage surge suppressors. Three separate attachments containing the questions and answers, NFS Exit and Outside Lighting Inventory, and the Power Riser Diagram are located at the DOE/NV website located below. When reviewing the question and answers, please note that it is requested that the offeror provide price information for both primary and secondary injection testing on the Air Frame, Metal-clad circuit breaker. The Government will select which methodology it will use. Information in blocks 19-22 of the SF 1449 isbeing deleted. Offeror is to provide pricing schedule in accordance with the following line items: Line Item One -- Monthly service to check all exterior lamps located on the perimeter of the building and associated grounds; Line Item Two -- Annual testing and inspection of equipment per SOW; Line Item Three -- Biannual testing and maintenance of equipment per SOW; Line Item Four -- Materials; Line Item Five -- Emergency Service (list each type of discipline and the rates associated with each).
