Lujan, Contracting Officer, (505) 248-4565 The Albuquerque Indian Health Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Non-Personal Services for Orthopedic Services for the Albuquerque Indian Hospital, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106. Orthopedic Services are to provide Direct Patient Care for patients referred to the Orthopedic clinic. The requirement calls for one (1) half-day Orthopedic Clinic per week, Fridays from 8:00 am -- 12:00 pm. Offeror must be licensed in a state of the United States or its territories as a Physician and Board Certified in Orthopedics. Offerors shall be evaluated against qualifications, such as, experience, capability, references, and availability.
