The Wiesbaden Regional Contracting Center (WRCC) intends to competitively award and IDIQ Task Order contract for mission support for the General Support Center-Europe (GSC-E) which is responsible for the operation of the theater sustainment base. This mission includes but is not limited to the providing of supplies, maintenance and distribution services to US Army within the EUCOM area of responsibility. Services and skills to be provided by the contractor are those in excess of in-house capabilities, and consist of a variety of labor skills in connection with CARC painting, 10/20 maintenance and repair, warehousing services, transportation and recovery of inventory services, ADPE services in support of repair and maintenance work, maintenance of communication & electronic equipment, etc. Multiple contracts will be awarded by CLIN with actual work being authorized via fixed-price, and/or Time & Material Task Orders. Work ordered may be performed either in Government facilities, or at the Contractor's sites throughout German, Italy, BENELUX, Africa and the Middle-East as required by the Government. Services may also be ordered for performance at contingency sites currently the Balkans. The proposed contract will consist of a base year including four one (1) year options.
