This facility intends to solicit for lodging and shuttle service for eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs served by the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare Systems Medical Center, Ann Arbor, MI, from 1/1/2000 through 9/30/2000, subject to the availability of FY 2000 funds, with two (2) possible option years. It is estimated that approximately five (5) rooms will be needed Sunday nights and approximately twenty (20) rooms per night, Monday through Thursday. Shuttle service to be provided from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every two (2) hours and Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. No shuttle service is required on Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays. Offsite contractor's facility will be within twn (10) miles drive of the VAAAHS Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. This will be a firm fixed-price contract.
