The Seattle District, Corps of Engineers is soliciting proposals for Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) -- multiple award multi-year contracts to perform non-personal services to provide for Miscellaneous Environmental and Natural Resources Services for Fort Lewis Public Works (PW) and Seattle District Corps of Engineers Activities. Three indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts are anticipated to be awarded as a result of this solicitation. As requirements develop, task orders will be issued on a competitive or sole source basis for the awardees of this solicitation at the Government's option. Each contract will include a base year and three option periods. Maximum value of all work awarded under the MATOCs will be limited to $4 million over the life of the contracts. Individual task orders will vary in size, not- to-exceed $500,000. The work will include, but not be limited to: surveys, data collection and analysis; reports; management plans; maps; photographs; document reviews;training; computer data management; environmental assessments; compliance audits; permit preparation and regulatory agency coordination. Typical examples are: Hazardous Waste (RCRA and MTCA/CERCLA); Hazardous Materials (EPCRA); Solid Waste; Asbestos; Air Quality; Water Quality; Plant Studies, Animal Studies; NEPA Compliance; Cultural Resources; GIS Mapping and General Planning Studies. The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, labor and other items and services necessary to accomplish the job.
