The hydraulic pump is part of the F-16's primary flight control system. It is a mechanically driven, direct drive, positive displacement unit which provides constant output pressure with variable volume as required to maintain the output hydraulic pressure used to power all aircraft flight control components and other aircraft hydraulically driven components. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
