The solicitation was advertised on August 28th and September 4, 1999. The St. Petersburg Housing Authority is requesting proposals from qualified, responsible, licensed contractors interested in providing unit turnover construction services for 50 units, previous advertisement denoted approximately 75 units. The scope of the work includes cleaning checking/repair/replacement of unit fixtures and components, painting, flooring electrical, plumbing, mechanical work, cabinet work, etc. to make vacant units ready for tenant relocations within the Jordan Park development. The proposed schedule is hereby amended to extend the deadline for submission of proposals to 2:00 p.m. local time, on Friday, October 1, 1999. Additionally, a Pre-proposal Conference and walk through of units at Jordan Park will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 1999.
