ASSOCIATION OF OLD CROWS INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE AND RECONNAISSANCE CONFERENCE The Association of Old Crows will conduct its fourth iteration of the acclaimed Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Conference. This SECRET, U.S. ONLY conference will be held l9-2l October l999 at Travis Air Force Base, California. The theme for this year's conference will be: "Operational ISR Challenges in an Uncertain World." The conference will examine joint operational requirements and organizational challenges facing the ISR professional. Previous conferences have attracted participation from leading members of the DoD/Military ISR community, including: Major General Kenneth R. Israel, USAF, Director, DARO; Lieutenant General William Campbell, USA, Director, U.S. Army C4I; and Mr. Michael Munson, Director for National Support, National Reconnaissance Office. Over the past three years the audience has ranged between 400 and 500 industry and DoD members. Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Programs running the gamut from BGPHES and CARS to RAVEN and Wild Weasel have been showcased at this conference. Brigadier General Steven Roser, USAF, 60th Air Mobility Wing Commander and his staff have enthusiastically offered to host what has been a most successful AOC conference. Mr. Gil Bouffard, AOC Northern Pacific Region Director, will continue as the Technical Program Chairman. Travis AFB is centrally located between San Francisco and Sacramento and has experience in supporting large groups of people. The base's proximity to Silicon Valley also makes it the best place to hold this conference. The conference will consist of two and a half days of presentations by leading members of DoD technical analysis community; the ISR operations community and the Joint Operations Requirements community.
