DESC: This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Clean Tech to convert and repair sixty one (61) Smart Wash Aqueous Parts Cleaning Machines to Clean Tech Aqueous Parts Cleaning Machines. A Maintenance and Service contract will be included for the period 01 October 1999 through 30 September 2000. Service will be for each machine every four (4) weeks not to exceed thirteen (13) services for the 12 month contract period. Service includes adding up to 15 gallons of premix solution, adding enzyme package, replacing of polypropylene filter, filtering entire solution bath, cleaning machines, and training personnel. Smart Wash machine replacement parts to be provided at a parts only charge and is in addition to the service pricing. Contractor to replace the defective machines with free loaner machines until the Smart Washer machines can be repaired and returned for service.
