Annual Usage 7-8.5 Dram 1,500,000 BT 12-13 Dram 7,000,000 BT 16 Dram 2,000,000 BT 20 Dram 1,500,000 BT 30 Dram 1,000,000 BT 40 Dram 1,000,000 BT 60 Dram 800,000 BT GROUP II Bottle, safety cap (controlled substance) round, 8 dram -- Est. Annual Usage: 350,000 BT GROUP III Bottle, safety cap wide mouth packer, screw neck Size Est. Annual Usage 80 Dram 50,000 BT 105 Dram 60,000 BT 130 Dram 125,000 BT This Solicitation will include three Groups of bottles. Offerors must propose a price for all items within a Group to be considered for award. Awards will be made in the aggregate (all or none), for each Group, so there may be up to three separate contracts for bottles. The contract period will be for one year plus four one-year options. Distribution will be through the VA Prime Vendor. Offers will be due on 11/5/99.
