Kirkpatrick, Contracting Officer, 202/307-3070 Concerns having the ability to provide Community Corrections Center (CCC) (halfway house) services for male and female Federal Offenders. Line Item Number One (1)Provide residential CCC for male and female offenders in Janesville and Beloit, Wisconsin and surrounding areas. Line Item Number Two (2)Provide outpatient drug treatment services for male and female offenders confined in community-based programs in Janesville and Beloit, Wisconsin and surrounding areas. A firm-fixed price requirements type contract with a two year base period and three-one year options is anticipated. Services for the base period are to begin October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2002. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and point of contact) to the contracing office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control accountability and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical and dental treatment for CCC. Estimated total number of inmate days for the base period for CCC services is 5,840 inmate days and 2,920 inmate days for the first, second and third option years, respectively. Drug treatment services are required for 40 inmates for the Base Year; base year services, and each of the three one-year options include Intake Assessment (one per inmate), Individual Counseling (24 -- 30 minute sessions per inmate), Group Counseling (48 -- 30 minute sessions per inmate). The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility should be in the Janesville and Beloit, Wisconsin area.
