Mink, Contracting Officer The Office of International and Refugee Health, through the General Acquisitions Branch intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Hinchcliff International Group Services, Inc. This five (5) year requirement, base year with four (4) one-year options, is for health, accident, and related insurance for Public Health Service (PHS) sponsored exchange visitors, from over 50 countries throughout the world. This involves the exchange of policy-level officials, institute heads, scientists and other experts from many countries, including a number of developing countries. Regulations issued by the United States Information Agency (USIA) 22 CFR Part 514, Exchange Visitor Program, (Final Rule) require sponsoring U.S. Government agencies to assure insurance coverage for health care, accidents, and repatriation, if required.
