You are notified of the following changes: 1) The RFP will be issued on or about October 1, 1999, with an anticipated due date on or about November 1, 1999. 2) Changes as a result of comments received are being incorporated into the draft RFP. Additional comments on the draft RFP will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. eastern daylight time September 28, 1999. 3) The latest revised draft RFP is available on the MARS Ascent Vehicle (MAV) Booster System website at the following URL: http://www.ksc.nasa.gov/procurement/mav 4) The official RFP will be located on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) and will also be on the MAV Booster System website.
