The contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, test equipment, tools, materials, supervision, labor and other items and services necessary, except for government provided property and services, to perform installation, testing, documentation, repair and maintenance of structured cabling, connections and hardware, including but not limited to Category 5 copper cable, graded index multi-mode and single-mode fiber optic cable and Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The work includes, but is not limited to, telephone wiring, installations, rearrangements, moves, changes, expansions, surveys, inventory, blueprints, diagramming, records maintenance, storage, disposition of equipment, update (program/reprogram), and repair of Contractor and Government provided CPE. Performance will take place at Hickam AFB, HI, to include telephone/network service for "select" Military Family Housing occupants, subscribers at Palehua Solar Observatory, Bellows AFS, HI, the AirForce facilities at Wheeler AAF, HI and Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station (NCTAMS) in Wahiawa, HI. Components of the communications cabling and distribution shall include, but not be limited to cable service entrance, communications equipment room, telecommunications closets, distribution system, communication cables, user outlets, riser system, and connection hardware.
