The Department of the Treasury intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Open Text Corporation, for the services of software maintenance, media and documentation for BasicPlus Software Package on the VAX 10000 computer system from Open Text Corporation. The support package needed must include hotline support for all products, new releases of all products, bug fixes for all products and documentation for all new releases for all products. A database manager, fundamental query language, report writer, basis command language, thesaurus manager, document handler interface, network access method, ALL-IN-ONE INTERFACE, handler interface, WP Converter and OpenAPI. This requirement is designed under the authority of 41 USC 253(c) (1), Only one responsible source. This synopsis is published for information purposes only. This requirement is not a set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 7372. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is October 01, 1999 through September 30, 2000.
