Contractor and Government testing in accordance with material certification, and conformance to drawing specifications, and dimensions. Qualification requirements, Conformance Requirements, DD Forms 1423-1,and Engineering Data lists are applicable to this acquisition, and are attached to the solicitation. The First Article will become a part of the produciton quantity, for a total quanity of 8 each (including First Article). Tooling, if available, may be offered "as is". All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposaldevelopment phase of an acquisition.
