Also, the dive teams will provide general investigations and surveys of sunken vessels and obstructions as directed. Location of work may be any place within the Corps of Engineers -- New Orleans District boundaries. Technical evaluation factors shall be set forth under Section M of the solicitation. This requirement is being procured as a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity, negotiated, commercial type service with a base period and four(4)option periods in accordance with FAR PART 15 and FAR PART 12.
