The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to replace all slate shingles and associated work, as noted in available specification and contract drawings. The work will include replacement of slate shingles with asphalt shingles, gutter replacement, metal flashing work, downspout replacement, replacement of snow guards, replacement of fall protection system, replacement of gutter debris guards, removal and replacement of approximately 500 Sq.Ft. of wood sheathing, caulking and sealing of terra cotta eaves and ballistrades, any safety and security requirements, and remove lightning protection system (LPS) and relocate and/or replace after new roof work is completed. The Contractor will be responsible for the repair of all surfaces and/or areas damaged from the demolition and/or construction connected with this project. This solicitation is available for Full and Open Competition, with evaluation preferences for Hubzone Small Businesses and Small Disadvantaged Businesses. The cost range for this project is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The relevant SIC Code for this project is 1761.
