E-MAIL: John Summers, john.summers@tinker.af.mil. The 38 Logistics Squadron has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for Recruiter in Myrtle Beach SC. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by South Carolina PUC shall provide local commercial communications service for Recruiter associated with the 336 RCS, Moody AFB GA. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial business lines, analog subscriber lines, analog trunks, transport channel services, directory number and number portability, emergency 9-1-1 service, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned businesses. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees. An Acquisition Ombudsman, Colonel Steven H.
