The properties are located within the state of Virginia, except for the northern counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Spotssylvania, and Stafford and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, and Fredericksburg which are in the jurisdiction of the Washington DC Regional Office and West Virginia.
