Service contract for all fees, labor, packaging, transportation and disposal of miscellaneous hazardous items located at DRMO Corpus Christi and surrounding locations. Additional services include analysis, lab packing, tank cleaning and rental of storage containers. SP4400-00-R-0003 will be issued on or about November 4, 1999, on the World Wide Web. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed unit price indefinite delivery type contract without the possiblility of multiple awards. The contract will have an 18 month base period and two 18 month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written orders against the basic contract qualifications. Prospective subcontractors must be able to meet all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations governing the handling, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste material and environmental protection.
