Furnish all labor material and equipment necessary to replace the existing Oil-Fired steam boiler and accessories for a complete and operational steam heating system at Group San Francisco. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: A) Remove and dispose of all the existing fuel oil supply and return piping within the boiler room up to the points of disconnection. B) Remove and dispose of all the existing steam and condensate return and cold water piping within the boiler room up tot he points of disconnection. C) Remove and dispose of the existing steam boiler and accessories, condensate receiver tanks, and concrete pad. D) Install a new factory-wired and fabricated, oil-fired steam boiler; packaged feedwater system; chemical feed system; and blowdown separator tank with aftercooler. Drawings and specifications can be purchased on a first come, first served basis, at the rate of $20. Requests will be accepted by mail only, and must include payment in the applicable amount by Cashier's Check, Money Order or Company Check made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard.
