The Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) has a requirement for the purchase, delivery, and installation of new laundry equipment for the VA Medical Center, Northampton, MA. This equipment consists of a quantity of one 400-Pound Drying and Conditioning Tumbler and Monorail Spur, one Small Piece Folding Machine, and three Folding Table Stations. The above capacities are stated at a minimum and additional requirements and specifications for the new equipment will be stated in the solicitation. A SITE VISIT by Offerors is necessary to assess installation circumstances for the new equipment and the trade-in value of the existing equipment. Delivery and installation of the equipment shall be completed within 60-days after receipt of notice to proceed. This procurement shall be 100% set-aside for small business.
