FEDLINK offers federal agencies the opportunity to enhance the automation resources available to meet the requirements of its personnel. Using FEDLINK served contracts, federal agencies obtain services directly from commercial sources. These contracts offer substantial volume discounts not otherwise available to individual customers. Arrangements for initiation and payments for services are granted by an interagency agreement (IAG) executed by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and FEDLINK.
