This requirement is modified as follows: 1. The generator should operate at 480 watts. 2. FAR.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items is corrected to read FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. 3. "The offerors shall be evaluated based on technical capability and price" is replaced with "The offerors shall be evaluated based on technical capability and past performance being approximately equal to price. In addition to the information required in FAR 52.212-1(b)(10), offerors shall provide fax numbers and phone numbers for at least three (3) references." All other requirements remain the same.
