Part Numbers: Item 1 -- Strap Assembly P/N 65-74466-8/4240-01-022-5764 for a quantity of 50 to be delivered to Richmond Depot 180 days after award and Item 2 -- Bar slide, Escape P/N 69-39719-1/4240-01-020-5423 for quantity of 30 to be delivered to the Richmond Depot 180 days after award. Both items are protected by "Boeing Rights Guard". The following Certs will be in the acquisition: "The bidder/offeror hereby acknowledges that all technical date furnished to it in any Rights Guard solicitation or duing the performance of any resulting Rights Guard contract is proprietary to the Boeing Company. The bidder/offeror certified that he will observe the following data disclosure and use restrictions: 1. Rights Guard Technical data shall not be reproduced, except as required to respond to the Rights Guard solicitation or to perform any resulting Rights Guard contract. 2. Rights Guard technical data shall not be incorporated, in whole or in part, into other documentation, nor shall it be otherwise utilized except as required to respon to the Rights guard solicitation, or to perform any resulting Rights Guard contract. 3.Rights Guard technical data shall not be disclosed to any other person and shall be disclosed within bidder/offeror company only to those employees having a need to know for the purpose of responding to the Rights guard solicitation or performing any resulting Rights Guard contract. 4.All rights guard technical data will be destroyed by all unsuccessful bidders offerors promptly upon the award of a contract, and by each contractor promptly upon completion of contract performance. The respective bidder/offer shall provide to the Government a certification that all Rights Guard technical data has been destroyed. Failure to take such actions shall be grounds for removal of the bidder/offeror from the qualified bidders list for the Rights Guard procurements......"
