ACQUISITION PLAN FOR LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING EQUIPMENT Synopsis SP0500-99-R-0208 The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is seeking proposals from business entities interested in participating in an acquisition plan for laundry and dry cleaning equipment. The initiative will encompass equipment and parts associated with laundry and dry cleaning equipment. This list of equipment and parts is not all-inclusive and is only representative of the items mentioned below. The equipment list will encompass such items as washers, extractors, laundry press and dry cleaning equipment. This list will also include related parts for items mentioned above, such as cover padding, doors, pins, lint screens, trunnion, plunger gaskets, yokes, clamps, handles and all related assemblies. The majority of the items are name brand specific commercial items. Prospective contractors should be able to adequately support purchases of equipment. Total estimated annual purchases will be approximately $622,0000 a year. Prospective contractors will be required to implement an on-line Electronic Order Entry (EOE) system and have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability. Subject solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis with the resultant contract being an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one base year and four (4) one-year term options.
