Request for information regarding the modification of the 50 existing AH-1W Vibration Analysis Support Equipment (VASE 8500C) procured from Chadwick-Helmuth of El Monte, CA under contract number N68335-97-C-0061 in order to support the UH-1N in addition to the AH-1W. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst is seeking information from potential sources to upgrade the software on the 50 existing AH-1W VASE (8500C) and to provide the required ancillary equipment so that the existing units will also be capable of operating on the UH-1N. Information is also being requested regarding Relative Order Magnitude (ROM) pricing of the above modification.
