The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for COMMERCIAL services, under FAR Part 13.5, to provide publishing and visual aids services. The FHWA will award multiple indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts under six Line Items. These line items include: Editorial and Writing Services, Graphics Services, Exhibit Services (Structures), Customized Metal Engraving Services, Video Production and Other Related Services, and Multimedia Exhibits (including CD-ROM Development). Interested parties are encouraged to bid on any or all of the line item. Multiple commercial contracts will be awarded under each individual line item. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 7389 and the small business size is $5 million. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
